Applying future thinking to island nations in the Pacific that are threatened by climate change.
There is no place in the world that will remain untouched by climate change, yet some places are feeling the effects faster than others.
To learn about futurism and foresight through practicing it, I put myself in the shoes of Angie, a Marshallese woman with no desire to leave the land of her ancestors. I presented my work at The Future of People Conference in November, and earned a process award for my work. I blush too much and have to press pause every time I start this recording of my presentation, but hope that you don't notice how much my knees are shaking as you watch.
